Thawing instruction:
1. The best way to defrost frozen sea scallops is to place them in the chiller section of the refrigerator at (5-10C) overnight. Do not thaw scallops at room temperature.
2. Take the scallops out of the package, rinse lightly and pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
