PREPARATION
- For Air fry:
1. Fully defrost.
2. Spay water on wheat skin.
3. Microwave 2 mins.
4. Transfer to Air fryer, 180 degrees for 10mins.

For Pan fry:
1. Fully defrost.
2. Spay water on wheat skin.
3. Microwave 2 mins.
4. Transfer to pan, add some oil to the pan.
5. Pan fry with low fire until the Pancake both sides turns golden brown.
