PREPARATION
- 100% natural, authentic, no additive and preservative.
- Large size: 31 to 35 pieces in a 1kg box.
- Recommended cooking methods:
- -Sashimi, Aburi, Carpaccio: Enjoy raw (sashimi), lightly torch-seared (aburi), or thinly sliced with a dressing (carpaccio)
- -Pan-sear: Heat pan with oil till hot, sear one side of the scallops until golden brown
- -Stir-fry: Quickly stir-fry scallops with vegetables and your choice of sauce over high heat to retain their tenderness
- -Steam: Steam briefly till scallops turn opaque and are just cooked through
- -Grill: Grill over direct heat for a few minutes on each side till they are opaque and grill marks appear
- -Shabu-shabu / Hotpot: Add to hotpot or shabu-shabu, cooking briefly until scallops are just cooked through
- -Donabe / Claypot Rice: Include scallops in a donabe or claypot with rice and other ingredients, cooking them together until the rice is done and the scallops are tender
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep frozen in the freezer at -18C or below.
