KEY INFORMATION
Rolling rolling rolling up our butchers creation using flap steak (located on the bottom sirloin of the cattle), a secondary cut that is very flavourful and tender but sadly too frequently ignored. We decided to roll them up with fresh ingredients and wrap around with pork bacon to become a pinwheel steak that is ready for the grill.
